We get a ton of packages, so let us give you an RMA number before you send anything back.
Just clearly label your package with your name and that RMA number, and we are good to go! Returns will be credited back to the original payment method.

All purchases include a 1 year, 1 time replacement warranty standard- no questions asked. Even better, since the quality of our Fuse+ Lenses is better, we figured our warranty should match. Fuse+ lenses all come standard with a 2 year, 1 time replacement warranty.
On top of that, we allow you to extend your standard warranty for another year! Just add the extra warranty to your cart, and we will add on another 1 year, 1 time replacement to your purchase.
If your lenses become damaged at any time during the warranty time period, simply contact Customer Service to get a fresh set of lenses.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any prepaid shipping labels for the above locations. Return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility. If we find the issue to be our fault, we will expedite an exchange - no return necessary.
Note: Any warranty, outside of the 60 day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, will only be replaced by a lens of the same value and for the same frame as the original purchase.
