EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
I ordered a Mystery pair of sunglasses from Fuse that was an add on to my original order of just lenses replaced. When they came in they didn't fit correctly on multiple people and I submitted a review of 2 stars explaining the issue. To my surprise I was contacted by Fuse requesting more information on the issue and that they wanted to make it right.
Well let me just say that the person I dealt with, Kayla, was Phenomenal in her efforts of response time, awareness of the issue and determination in resolving this to make it right. SHE is the one who has changed my perspective on FUSE sunglasses and why I will be an advocate for FUSE going forward. She handled this issue with personalization, professionalism, and again determination to have me satisfied with this issue. She was gracious enough to provide a replacement pair to make this right.
I have to say FUSE you have done a Great Job in hiring Kayla and she should be the trainer for how you handle and follow up with customers that may have an issue or are disgruntled.
