Why You Should Replace Your Lenses
What do you do when your lenses get scratched or crack? Do you buy a whole new pair of sunglasses?
We begin processing your order within 24 hours of receipt. Then, we get working on custom cutting every single order. Each order typically leaves our lab within 5-7 business days. For concierge or RX orders, please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing after your frames have been received.
Keep in mind that shipping is out of our control, so we are unable to guarantee delivery times.
Fuse Lenses offers Free First Class (3-5 days) shipping through USPS on all domestic orders over $50 USD. Orders under $50 USD are charged the current USPS rate for their state.
Customers have the option for a Fedex 2-day as an option and the processing time for that is 24-48 hours depending on when the order was placed.
We charge the current USPS rate for all international shipping. You can see the price at checkout, after entering your address information. Keep in mind, international customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or additional fees associated with their purchase.
In addition to first-class shipping, customers also have the option to upgrade to Priority or Express shipping. International shipping times vary based on location, as well as customs or other delays.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process Rx Lenses and Custom Concierge orders for International customers at this time. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
You will receive an email with your tracking information. Fuse Lenses ships all packages through the United States Postal Service.

All lens purchases include a 1 year, 1 time replacement warranty standard, no questions asked.
On top of that, we allow you to extend your standard warranty for another year! Just add the extra warranty to your cart, and we will add on another 1 year, 1 time replacement to your purchase. For Fuse +Plus lenses, this add-on is for one extra lens replacement over the lifetime of your lenses.
Warranty redemptions may only be used for a lens of the same value and for the same frame as the original purchase. If your lenses become damaged at any time during the warranty time period, simply contact customer service from our Help Center to get a fresh set of lenses.
All lens purchases include a 60-day guarantee. Within 60 days after the date of delivery, you may exchange or return your item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Unfortunately, gift cards are ineligible for returns. Additionally, past 60 days we are unable to offer you a refund. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase..
We get a ton of packages, so please do not send your items back without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will receive an RMA number once you have started a return or exchange. To start a return or exchange, contact us at from our Help Center.
