Needed to replace the prescription lenses in a pair of 59mm Warby Parker Barkleys with normal sunglass lenses. WP wanted twice what I paid for these custom lenses. Communication was great, tracking info was created immediately, and when a week had passed but the box to send the original pair back to them hadn't arrived yet, they were ready to immediately dispatch another. Luckily it ended up on my doorstep the next day after the post office redelivered to the correct address. I'm in the STL area and it took about 2 weeks from placing the order to getting them back INCLUDING the extra delay, so pretty quick overall. Will definitely return to Fuse when I need any other lenses.

I have an older pair of Oakley Straight Jacket. I ordered what I thought was the correct lenses but they were slightly off. I called and told them about the issue and they sent the other style. Those didn’t fit either. They sent a postage box for my frames and they custom cut lenses for the perfect fit. I wish other companies would provide this level of customer service! I have ordered other lenses in the past and definitely will continue ordering in the future.
