Fuse +Plus Warranty:
Fuse +Plus lens purchases include a lifetime, 1 time replacement guarantee. It doesn’t matter if something happens today, tomorrow, or 10 years from now -- we’ve got your back.
All lens purchases include a 1 year, 1 time replacement warranty standard, no questions asked.
On top of that, we allow you to extend your standard warranty for another year! Just add the extra warranty to your cart, and we will add on another 1 year, 1 time replacement to your purchase. For Fuse +Plus lenses, this add-on is for one extra lens replacement over the lifetime of your lenses.
Warranty redemptions may only be used for a lens of the same value and for the same frame as the original purchase. If your lenses become damaged at any time during the warranty time period, simply contact customer service from our Help Center, including your current address and order number (if you have it), to get a fresh set of lenses.
Buy with confidence!
All lens purchases include a 60-day guarantee. Within 60 days after the date of delivery, you may exchange or return your item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Unfortunately, some items are ineligible for returns such as gift cards and items returned more than 60 days from the purchase date. For items sold as part of a bundle, a partial return may be granted. The refund amount will be equal to the value of the returned product, based off of the discounted “bundle” price paid. Fuse Lenses monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
We get a ton of packages, so please do not send your items back without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will receive an RMA number once you have started a return or exchange. To start a return, contact us from our Help Center.
We guarantee fit!
Because we custom cut all lenses in-house out of our Clearwater, Florida lab, we are often able to resolve fit issues and exchange your lenses for the correct fit.
All exchanges, outside of fit issues, will only be for the same frame as purchased. In the case of upgrading lenses, the buyer will be responsible for the difference in cost.
Any exchange outside of the 60-day guarantee will count as the warranty redemption and may only be used on a lens of the same value and for the same frame as the original purchase.

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will send an email to notify you that your refund is processing. At that time, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund may be granted: If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or is returned more than 60 days after delivery. If for some reason, your item is received and a refund is not approved, customer service will notify you by email.
Late or Missing Refunds:
Length of processing time for your refund will vary. If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company and/or bank. There may be some additional processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done those steps and still have not received
All returns and exchanges should be shipped to Fuse Lenses, 1678 N Belcher Rd, Clearwater FL 33765, United States. Please do not ship anything back before contacting customer service from our Help Center.
The customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs; shipping costs are non-refundable. If we find Fuse Lenses to be at fault for the return or exchange, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
International, US Territories, APO/FPO/DPO:
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any prepaid shipping labels for these locations. Return shipping costs will always be the buyer’s responsibility. If we find Fuse Lenses at fault, we will expedite an exchange - no return necessary. International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or additional fees associated with their purchase.
