Presciption lenses are covered by a 1 year, 1-time replacement warranty that covers manufacturer defects. Unfortunately, prescription lenses are NOT covered for scratches or damage from misuse. Warranty redemptions must be for the same prescription as the original order.

Warranty redemptions may only be used for a lens of the same value and for the same frame as the original purchase. If your lenses become damaged at any time during the warranty time period, simply contact customer service at eyecontact@fuselenses.com to get a fresh set of lenses. Fuse Lenses reserves the right to refuse an unwarranted warranty request.

All lens purchases include a 60-day guarantee. Within 60 days after the date of delivery, you may exchange or return your item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
For prescription orders, we include a 60-day vision guarantee! If you notice your prescription is inaccurate within that time frame, we will remake your lenses at no charge to you.
Unfortunately, some items are ineligible for returns. We are unable to accept returns on our prescription lens orders. Your prescription lenses are custom created just for you, with your prescription, and specifically for your frames! If you decide on another color or lens option, the lenses have to be re-created from scratch. These lenses are final sale and are excluded from returns. However, we are still here to help! If you are unhappy with your prescription lenses, contact us for help.
Gift cards and items returned more than 60 days from the purchase date are ineligible for returns. For custom lens orders, the processing and shipping fee is non-refundable. For items sold as part of a bundle, a partial return may be granted. The refund amount will be equal to the value of the returned product, based on the discounted “bundle” price paid. Fuse Lenses monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
We get a ton of packages, so please do not send your items back without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will receive an RMA number once you have started a return or exchange. To start a return, contact us from our Help Center. All return and exchange labels are provided by customer service for U.S. orders only. If you ship the order back with your own postage, those shipping fees will be non-refundable. International labels are unable to be provided.
We guarantee fit!
Because we custom cut all lenses in-house out of our Clearwater, Florida lab, we are often able to resolve fit issues and exchange your lenses for the correct fit.
All exchanges, outside of fit issues, will only be for the same frame as purchased. In the case of upgrading lenses, the buyer will be responsible for the difference in cost.
Any exchange outside of the 60-day guarantee will count as the warranty redemption and may only be used on a lens of the same or lesser value and for the same frame as the original purchase. If the product has been discontinued, you will be offered a replacement of the same or lesser value..

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will send an email to notify you that your refund is processing. At that time, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund may be granted: If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or is returned more than 60 days after delivery. If for some reason, your item is received and a refund is not approved, customer service will notify you by email.
Fuse Lenses issues refunds to the original payment method only. In the case that the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be provided.
Length of processing time for your refund will vary. If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company and/or bank. There may be some additional processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done those steps and still have not received a refund, please contact customer support

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any prepaid shipping labels for these locations. Return shipping costs will always be the buyer’s responsibility. If we find Fuse Lenses at fault, we will expedite an exchange - no return necessary. International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or additional fees associated with their purchase.
