As soon as you place your order, a pre-paid shipping box will be sent to you to send in your frames. Once we receive your frames, custom lens processing takes about 7-15 business days. Then, just 3-5 more business days after that for you to receive everything back!

Not to worry! In most cases this can be human error or a false scan, and the package is found within the next business day. If not, ensure your shipping address is correct, a neighbor or front desk doesn’t have it, and then reach out to us

Every pair of Fuse Lenses are made from optical grade Polycarbonate that is shatterproof, 100% UV protected, and the same quality material (or better) than the big name brands. 

All of our lenses come with a 60-day guarantee! So test them out, if you don’t love them - let us know! PS- Every pair of lenses comes with a one-year warranty minimum or a LIFETIME warranty for Fuse PRO, AMP, and Sunglasses.

By agreeing to take part in our custom lens program, you understand that there are risks involved. We do our best to handle every order with care. However, in the event your frame is lost of damaged, a replacement frame will be offered. In the event a suitable replacement cannot be found, a stipend for the current value of your sunglasses, up to $300, will be provided.

Just wipe ‘em down with included microfiber bag! Before cleaning, always blow off debris that can cause scratches. For extra dirty lenses, use soapy water. To extend the life of your lenses, keep away from saltwater and chlorine, or rinse after contact. Read more here.

Fuse +Plus lens purchases include a lifetime, 1 time replacement guarantee. It doesn’t matter if something happens today, tomorrow, or 10 years from now -- we’ve got your back.

Standard Warranty

All lens purchases include a 1 year, 1 time replacement warranty standard, no questions asked.

Extended Warranty

On top of that, we allow you to extend your standard warranty for another year! Just add the extra warranty to your cart, and we will add on another 1 year, 1 time replacement to your purchase. For Fuse +Plus lenses, this add-on is for one extra lens replacement over the lifetime of your lenses.

Warranty redemptions may only be used for a lens of the same value and for the same frame as the original purchase. If your lenses become damaged at any time during the warranty time period, simply contact customer service from our Help Center to get a fresh set of lenses.

60 Day Guarantee, Buy With Confidence!

All lens purchases include a 60-day guarantee. Within 60 days after the date of delivery, you may exchange or return your item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Unfortunately, gift cards are ineligible for returns. Additionally, past 60 days we are unable to offer you a refund. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase..

We get a ton of packages, so please do not send your items back without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will receive an RMA number once you have started a return or exchange. To start a return or exchange, contact us at from our Help Center.
