Why You Should Replace Your Lenses
What do you do when your lenses get scratched or crack? Do you buy a whole new pair of sunglasses?
We'll request your prescription through email.
You will receive a prepaid box in the mail.
We don't ask you to enter the full details online. But, it's useful to have your prescription on hand so you know which lenses you need, such as Single Vision or Progressive.
Sometimes, your PD is listed on your script. If not, it's easy to measure yourself!See how to measure PD here.
We'll ask for a bit of info on your frames to speed up production. If ordering Progressive lenses, you'll also need your frames to measure your Segment Height.
Fuse Lenses can create prescription lenses for nearly any style of sunglasses! However, there are a few different styles that we cannot make lenses for; including one-piece/shield style lenses or frames made out of wood or bone. If you are unsure if we can do lenses for your shades, just ask us!
For prescription lenses, we do need your frame to be sent into us, every time. We use your frame to custom trace, cut, color, and coat your lenses every time to ensure that your prescription lenses offer perfect vision and perfect fit every time. Once you place your order, a box with a pre-paid shipping label will be automatically shipped to you!
As soon as you place your order, a pre-paid shipping box will be sent to you to send in your frames. Once we receive your frames, presciption lens processing takes about 10-15 business days. Then, just 3-5 more business days after that for you to receive everything back! Expedited shipping or processing for prescription lenses is not available at this time.

Warranty redemptions may only be used for a lens of the same value and for the same frame as the original purchase. If your lenses become damaged at any time during the warranty time period, simply contact customer service from our Help Center to get a fresh set of lenses.
All lens purchases include a 60-day guarantee. Within 60 days after the date of delivery, you may exchange or return your item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Unfortunately, gift cards are ineligible for returns. Additionally, past 60 days we are unable to offer you a refund. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase..
We get a ton of packages, so please do not send your items back without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will receive an RMA number once you have started a return or exchange. To start a return or exchange, contact us at from our Help Center.
