How Fuse Prescription Works

1. Order Your Lenses Online

Your script can be uploaded now or via email later.

2. Send Us Your Frames

Don't worry! We'll mail you a prepaid box that typically arrives 3-5 days after you order.

3. Custom Made Lenses

Once we receive your frames and script, it takes us about 7-10 days to create your lenses before we ship your glasses back, new custom prescription lenses installed

Your Prescription

We don't ask you to enter the full details online. But, it's useful to have your prescription on hand so you know which lenses you need, such as Single Vision or Progressive.

Pupillary Distance

Sometimes, your PD is listed on your script. If not, it's easy to measure yourself!

Your Glasses

We'll ask for a bit of info on your frames to speed up production. If ordering Progressive lenses, you'll also need your frames to measure your Segment Height.

Are My Frames Eligible

Fuse Lenses can create prescription lenses for nearly any style of sunglasses! However, there are a few different styles that we cannot make lenses for; including one-piece/shield style lenses or frames made out of wood or bone. If you are unsure if we can do lenses for your shades, just ask us!

Do I need to send in my frames?

For prescription lenses, we do need your frame to be sent into us, every time. We use your frame to custom trace, cut, color, and coat your lenses every time to ensure that your prescription lenses offer perfect vision and perfect fit every time. Once you place your order, a box with a pre-paid shipping label will be automatically shipped to you!

How long does it take to get prescription lenses?

As soon as you place your order, a pre-paid shipping box will be sent to you to send in your frames. Once we receive your frames, presciption lens processing takes about 10-15 business days. Then, just 3-5 more business days after that for you to receive everything back! Expedited shipping or processing for prescription lenses is not available at this time.

Oakley replacement RX lenses

Ordered two pairs of Rx lenses for my Oakley Flak 2.0 and they came out great. No issues, great customer service and quality lenses. No complaints. I have also used Fuse lenses in the past before I needed RX lenses and they have always been excellent lenses for all of my frames.

Replacement lenses for Oakley Half Jacket 2.0

I have a brand new pair of Oakley sunglasses that I haven't been able to use because it is non-prescription and I no longer can wear sunglasses without a prescription! Went to LensCrafters to see about getting new prescription lenses and even on sale, couldn't get past the $400 mark. Ouch! Same price on the Oakley website (think the two are now owned by the same Corp.). I got the replacement lenses from Fuse for less than half the price with progressive lenses. When the new lenses arrived installed in the frames, the prescription was perfect. I have been enjoying the glasses playing pickleball, hiking, etc.

Polarized Mirror Rx lenses provides best driving experience

Love these lenses. They are always ready in the car and the polarization is superb. Almost no glare at all and these lenses are clearer than others I have tried. Very comfortable and relatively light weight. fits well in these hard to fit Puma frames.

2nd pair and I still love them!!!

This is my 2nd set of prescription sunglass lenses from Fuse and I am still a fan. I have them some Oakleys that I mainly wear for golf. Originally I went with Oakley Rx lenses, but those are very expensive. The Fuse lenses were much less expensive and I found they worked as well if not better.

Extended Warranty

You can add an additional warranty replacement to your order for just $9.99. Adding this option gives you a total of TWO lens replacements over the lifetime of your lenses!
*Each extended warranty purchase applies to one set of lenses on your order. You can only purchase one extended warranty per pair of lenses. Not valid on prescription lens orders

Warranty redemptions may only be used for a lens of the same value and for the same frame as the original purchase. If your lenses become damaged at any time during the warranty time period, simply contact customer service from our Help Center to get a fresh set of lenses.

60 Day Guarantee, Buy With Confidence! ✕

All lens purchases include a 60-day guarantee. Within 60 days after the date of delivery, you may exchange or return your item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Unfortunately, gift cards are ineligible for returns. Additionally, past 60 days we are unable to offer you a refund. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase..
