Are My Frames Eligible

Fuse Lenses can create prescription lenses for nearly any style of sunglasses! However, there are a few different styles that we cannot make lenses for; including one-piece/shield style lenses or frames made out of wood or bone. If you are unsure if we can do lenses for your shades, just ask us!

Do I need to send in my frames?

For prescription lenses, we do need your frame to be sent into us, every time. We use your frame to custom trace, cut, color, and coat your lenses every time to ensure that your prescription lenses offer perfect vision and perfect fit every time. Once you place your order, a box with a pre-paid shipping label will be automatically shipped to you!

How long does it take to get prescription lenses?

As soon as you place your order, a pre-paid shipping box will be sent to you to send in your frames. Once we receive your frames, presciption lens processing takes about 10-15 business days. Then, just 3-5 more business days after that for you to receive everything back! Expedited shipping or processing for prescription lenses is not available at this time.

    Really easy on the eyes!! Perfect for driving !!

    Better than factory lenses

    Turn around was faster than expected.

    I used to get rx lenses from costa direct at more than double the price than fuse. Got the lenses and quality and color is way better and faster.

    My new lenses for my Gascans

    I had my prescriptions in a transition lense but being a crane operator they didn’t darken enough while I was in the crane,I spoke to you guys and ordered these mirror lenses and absolutely love them they are a game changer while working,I just have to have my regular prescription glasses when it gets darker, but it’s so nice to be able to work and see in the sun.     Prescription lens in my Oakleys

    I had a pair of Oakley’s that I really liked but since they didn’t have my prescription in them I really couldn’t wear them to drive anymore. I saw an add for Fuse and took a chance. All lens purchases include a lifetime, 1 time replacement warranty standard, no questions asked.

Extended Warranty

You can add an additional warranty replacement to your order for just $9.99. Adding this option gives you a total of TWO lens replacements over the lifetime of your lenses!
*Each extended warranty purchase applies to one set of lenses on your order. You can only purchase one extended warranty per pair of lenses. Not valid on prescription lens orders

Warranty redemptions may only be used for a lens of the same value and for the same frame as the original purchase. If your lenses become damaged at any time during the warranty time period, simply contact customer service from our Help Center to get a fresh set of lenses.

60 Day Guarantee, Buy With Confidence! ✕

All lens purchases include a 60-day guarantee. Within 60 days after the date of delivery, you may exchange or return your item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Unfortunately, gift cards are ineligible for returns. Additionally, past 60 days we are unable to offer you a refund. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase..

We get a ton of packages, so please do not send your items back without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will receive an RMA number once you have started a return or exchange. To start a return or exchange, contact us at from our Help Center.
