Are My Frames Eligible

Fuse Lenses can create prescription lenses for nearly any style of sunglasses! However, there are a few different styles that we cannot make lenses for; including one-piece/shield style lenses or frames made out of wood or bone. If you are unsure if we can do lenses for your shades, just ask us!

Do I need to send in my frames?

For prescription lenses, we do need your frame to be sent into us, every time. We use your frame to custom trace, cut, color, and coat your lenses every time to ensure that your prescription lenses offer perfect vision and perfect fit every time. Once you place your order, a box with a pre-paid shipping label will be automatically shipped to you!

How long does it take to get prescription lenses?

As soon as you place your order, a pre-paid shipping box will be sent to you to send in your frames. Once we receive your frames, presciption lens processing takes about 10-15 business days. Then, just 3-5 more business days after that for you to receive everything back! Expedited shipping or processing for prescription lenses is not available at this time.

Custom lenses for my favorite frames

Fuse has got to be hands down the number 1 custom lens company! I have checked all over about 10 company’s across the US. No one was able to do what they did in making lenses for my frames. I will always do business with fuse!!

Great service for a fraction of the price.

My son broke his prescription Oakley eyeglasses after only a month of having them. My Eye Dr wanted to charge us full price for a new set at $280. Luckily his frames were fine but we needed new lenses. Fuse made my sons replacement pair in a week for a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend Fuse for all lenses thanks to their exceptional customer service.

Fuse +Plus lens purchases include a lifetime, 1 time replacement guarantee. It doesn’t matter if something happens today, tomorrow, or 10 years from now -- we’ve got your back.

Standard Warranty

All lens purchases include a 1 year, 1 time replacement warranty standard, no questions asked.

Extended Warranty

On top of that, we allow you to extend your standard warranty for another year! Just add the extra warranty to your cart, and we will add on another 1 year, 1 time replacement to your purchase. For Fuse +Plus lenses, this add-on is for one extra lens replacement over the lifetime of your lenses.

Warranty redemptions may only be used for a lens of the same value and for the same frame as the original purchase. If your lenses become damaged at any time during the warranty time period, simply contact customer service from our Help Center to get a fresh set of lenses.

All lens purchases include a 60-day guarantee. Within 60 days after the date of delivery, you may exchange or return your item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Unfortunately, gift cards are ineligible for returns. Additionally, past 60 days we are unable to offer you a refund. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase..
