Now here’s the story. I ordered prescription sunglasses lense replacements using frames I already owned. I received the box to send my frames and confirmation when they were received by Fuse. This is where the story gets good! A couple weeks go by and no movement, then I get an email apologizing for the delay with a 15% off code. Cool, nice gesture! A couple more weeks go by and l get an email explaining that something went wrong with the frames I sent (Costa Cabalittos). They tell me that they are working a solution to complete the order. The next day I receive another email stating that they found some replacement frames since my frames no longer were viable. They sent me several options of replacements. I chose a frame and within a week I get a shipping soon email. I anxiously awaited having my sunglasses back and when the box arrived they did not disappoint. Not only did they return my old broken frames, but the old lenses, the lenses that came in the replacement frames and of course my new prescription glasses. All packages to product every component. I will recommend fuse to anyone, the product is great and the customer service exceptional!

I had gotten a couple of pairs of prescription sunglasses from my Eye Dr (Maui Jim’s) over the last few years and they were ok…they didn’t offer custom colors and the options seemed limited….I saw Fuse on Instagram and had come across a pair of Oakleys I had in a drawer and figured I’d give them a shot…

Why didn’t I do this years ago!! BEST LENSES EVER! I love them!! Will never go anywhere else! Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone! Thanks guys!

Awesome! Had such a great experience with my first order. My Black Oakley prescription sunglasses were scratched sitting in my drawer for years, I had them redone by FUSE. I had such a great experience I immediately ordered my dream pair of Olive Green Oakley sunglasses and had them fulfilled with my prescription with FUSE. I chose amber lenses and I love them even more than my black pair. I tell all my coworkers, friends and family about FUSE!

I got two pairs of oakleys prescription glasses replacement lenses. They took a while but it was worth it. One pair came back excellent, but my blenders just seemed a little off. I mentioned it in a post and Zach from customer service actually called me at home to find out what the issue was. They went out of their way to make it right. And when I was unable to install the new replacement lines my self they had me send them back and they put them in. I think they made another set of lenses and put them in. I got them back and they are great. Highly recommend Fuse for replacement lenses
