Are My Frames Eligible

Fuse Lenses can create prescription lenses for nearly any style of sunglasses! However, there are a few different styles that we cannot make lenses for; including one-piece/shield style lenses or frames made out of wood or bone. If you are unsure if we can do lenses for your shades, just ask us!

Do I need to send in my frames?

For prescription lenses, we do need your frame to be sent into us, every time. We use your frame to custom trace, cut, color, and coat your lenses every time to ensure that your prescription lenses offer perfect vision and perfect fit every time. Once you place your order, a box with a pre-paid shipping label will be automatically shipped to you!

How long does it take to get prescription lenses?

As soon as you place your order, a pre-paid shipping box will be sent to you to send in your frames. Once we receive your frames, presciption lens processing takes about 10-15 business days. Then, just 3-5 more business days after that for you to receive everything back! Expedited shipping or processing for prescription lenses is not available at this time.

Can you do my prescription?

We specialize in high scripts and will often create lenses for prescriptions that other labs might turn away! Keep in mind that there are limitations or best practices when ordering lenses with higher power, if you need help choosing the perfect lenses, just reach out!

Is it open to International Customers?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process prescription lens orders for International customers at this time. We're sorry for any inconvenience.

Are my frames protected?

By agreeing to take part in our prescription lens program, you understand that there are risks involved. We do our best to handle every order with care. However, in the event your frame is lost of damaged, a replacement frame will be offered. In the event a suitable replacement cannot be found, a stipend for the current value of your sunglasses, up to $300, will be provided.

Can you match my original lenses?

We carry set lens color offerings and are unable to match our lenses to your original lenses. For help choosing the best color option, please contact customer service.

Do you accept insurance?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept insurance at this time. However, because we are independent, we are able to offer great deals on prescription lenses!

The Best!
My Fuse lenses (prescription) for my Oakley frames are great. I saved money and the process was easy. I will no longer go to the eyeglass store. I used to go to and pay ridiculous price(s). Can't begin to say how happy I am with Fuse lens from start to finish. The process was so easy, I received a pair of Oakley ti frame as a gift and the prescription lens that fuse made are and couldn't have come out better. Hoping to send my Ray-Ban metas out to you soon.
