Just wrapped a killer hike up Camelback Mountain in Scottsdale and had my Fuse Egmont shades on the whole time and let me tell ya, they delivered.
First off: the clarity. These Egmonts lock out the harsh desert sun like a champ, the AMP Color-Enhancing lenses make the rocks pop, the shadows sharpen, and the view from the summit? Everything. 
Second: the fit and durability. The frames feel solid, the lenses don’t slip or fuzz out, on a trail like Camelback where you’re dodging rocks, climbing, sweating, they stayed locked. I really like these sunglasses, they are Well built, great lenses, good grip, and very sturdy.
Third: style meets function. These aren’t just utilitarian they look good in the Arizona light, whether you’re on the trail or grabbing a post-hike drink in Scottsdale. The brand advertises them for “hiking” among other outdoor activities. 
So what’s the verdict? If you’re out in the sun, up in the hills, or just want shades that perform when you need them the Fuse Egmonts get a full 5 stars from me. They were perfect for the Camelback hike.

Great prescription glasses. I went with transitions lenses and use them for golfing. It took about a month to get them but happy now that they arrived.

Really like these sunglasses. Well built, great lenses, good grip, and very sturdy. A little heavy if I’m being picky, but overall very satisfied.

The green frames are more translucent than “clear”. Still a great color, especially with the brown lenses. I wish the ear stems were straight rather than curved at the end though.
