Fuse takes on Tampa Bay Games

This past weekend, Fuse Lenses was proud to be the presenting sponsor of the Tampa Bay Games! It was an awesome two days, filled with amazing athletes, good times, and great memories. 

We had a pretty cool setup at the Fuse Booth, if we do say so ourselves. We wanted to make sure to create a great place for everyone to hang, so our booth came complete with our very own “Fuse-Ball” table, V.I.P. lounge-style viewing station that was right next to the action, and, best of all, our protein waffles and “Fuse-Osa” bar (P.S. we posted the recipes below for you), staffed by our wonderful Fuse models. 

If that wasn’t enough, we partnered up with Reign Energy, and Ten Performance to hold big, bad giveaways for a chance for anyone to win the best prize pack around: a custom Fuse backpack, 3 Rooker Fuse sunglasses, event t-shirts, Fuse t-shirts, Fuse Hats, a special edition kettlebell pack of Reign Energy Drinks and a huge bag of Ten Performance Protein. Plus, we were literally THROWING free stuff between event rounds! 

We cheered for our very own FUSE SQUAD, consisting of Aaron Hanna, Dillion Bailey, Kimberlee Midori, and Hannah Richards - competing in RX. Congratulations to them for taking home the top spot in their division!


We also cheered on Raymond, Amar, Tracy, and Mary who podiumed in the Master’s division!

Ten Performance Protein Waffles

• Prep Time: 5 min
• Cook Time: 10 min
• Yield: 4-6 full waffles
• Method: waffle maker

Fuse Lenses’ teamed up with Ten Performance Protein to create a simple recipe to get your protein in, on a stick!

Ingredients

• 1 container Shake n’ Pour pancake mix
• 2 tbsp liquid coconut oil
• 5 scoops Ten Performance Vanilla Protein
• ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
• 4 tsp granulated sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 ½ cup water

Instructions

1. Preheat waffle maker.
2. Add Ten Performance Vanilla Protein +Plus, and granulated sugar into Shake n’ Pour bottle. Close and shake.
3. Add liquid coconut oil, plain greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and water into the mixed Shake n’ Pour bottle. Close and shake until a smooth consistency.
4. Pour into the greased waffle maker. For extra waffle portability, add popsicle sticks before pouring mix.
5. After 3-5 minutes, or once the light on your waffle maker turns on, take out your glorious waffle creation!
6. Finally - top and serve! Our favorite toppings are syrup, Nutella, whipped cream, or fruit.

Fuse-Osas

• Prep Time: 5 min
• Yield: 20 servings

Fuse Lenses’ spin on a mimosa - adding Monster Energy to champagne. (It wasn’t my idea).

Ingredients

• 2 bottles Brut or Champagne wine
• 1 bottle orange-flavored seltzer water
• 4 Monster Energy Zero Ultra (White Can)
• 2-3 oranges, sliced

Instructions

1. Add Champagne, orange-flavored seltzer water, and Monster Energy Zero Ultra into drink dispenser.
2. Mix to combine.
3. Top with oranges for extra a-peel.
4. Drink up!
